Information pursuant to art. 13 of D. Lgs. 196/2003 and art.13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Pursuant to art. 13 of D. Lgs. 196/2003 (hereinafter "Privacy Code") and art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR 2016/679"), laying down provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data, we would like to inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the above mentioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations to which the undersigned company is bound.

3. Legal basis for processing
The personal data of visitors and users of the Site will be processed on the basis of the consent given by them in relation to the methods and purposes described later in this Information in point 4.2, by accessing and browsing the Site and/or using the services provided by the Owner through the same Site (art. 6, paragraph 1 lett. a Reg. (EU) 2016/679). Apart from what is specified below for navigation data, which are collected automatically by the system, and for the operation of cookies, to whose information is referred to the COOKIES POLICY, the provision of consent is optional, and the User may deny the consent or revoke at any time a consent already given.
In any case, the processing of personal data may be carried out, if necessary, for the pursuit
of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller or according to a legal obligation. In particular, obtaining consent to the processing of navigation data referred to in point 4.1 is not necessary because https://www.incoip.com/ has assigned the purpose for which such data are processed as responding to a legitimate interest (Recital 47 and Art. 6, paragraph 1 lett. f Reg. (EU) 2016/679).

4. Type of data processed and purpose of processing
The Company may collect, exclusively for the purposes specified below, certain personal data of users.
In particular, the following may be dealt with:
4.1 Data of navigation
The Site collects technical information about the hardware and software used by visitors, independently through the help of tools for the analysis of link files. This category of data includes, for example, Internet protocol (IP) addresses, domain names of computers used by users connecting to the Site, Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notated addresses of the required resources, type of browser used to access the Site, the time slot of the request to the server, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the user.
This is information that does not provide personal data of the user and that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but it is technical/ computer data collected and used in an aggregate and anonymous for the following purposes:
allow the Data Controller to verify the correct functioning and monitor the security of the Site;
improve the quality of service and provide statistics on improve the quality of the service and provide statistics concerning the use of the Site;
proceed to the assessment of liability in case of damage to the Site or any illegal activities (including criminal).

4.2 Data provided voluntarily by the user
These are cases in which the same user releases on the Site, after reading detailed information, their personal data to access certain services or to submit requests by e-mail.
These data include name, surname and e-mail address, other personal data voluntarily provided by the user during the registration phase to the Candidate Area, when sending the curriculum, when requesting services offered by the Site or in the case of a request for information sent to the Site by e-mail or through the appropriate contact forms on the https site://www.incoip.com/ , services for which specific information is provided and referred to.
The collected data may be processed by the Data Controller for the following purposes:
allow you to access the Site;
allow you to register for the Site;
allow the Data Controller to provide its services;
execute requests received by the user (e.g. requests via the contact form);
manage job vacancies and/or spontaneous applications received through the Site.

The provision of data for the aforementioned purposes is optional: that is, there is no legal or contractual obligation to communicate data; however, failure to communicate the data will make it impossible for the user to access and/or navigate the Site and/or to register for the Site and to use the services reserved for registered users and/or to conclude a purchase contract through the Site and/or to receive response to requests made.

 

In any case, before proceeding with the activation of a specific service will be provided appropriate information and, where necessary, acquired the relevant consent to the processing of personal data. This consent may subsequently be revoked at any time, causing the possibility of use of the service in question to lapse.
4.3 Cookies
Cookies are text files that the Site sends to the browser of the device used by the user, in order to store information to be reused during the same visit to the Site (session cookies) or later, even after days (persistent cookies). There are different types of cookies. Please refer to the Cookies Policy (https:///www.attiva.it/it/cookie-policy.html) for a detailed knowledge of the type and purpose of cookies used by this Site.

5. Methods of processing
The Data Controller guarantees that the processing of data will take place in full compliance with the principles of confidentiality, correctness, necessity, relevance, lawfulness and transparency imposed by Reg. (EU) 2016/679 and applicable legislation.
Personal data will be processed either manually, with paper media, or with computer and telematic tools, with the adoption of specific security measures to prevent the loss of such data, illegal or incorrect use of the same and unauthorized access.
It is the responsibility of the user to verify the correctness of the personal data transmitted and, if necessary, to rectify, update or, in any case, modify the data during the processing.


6. Retention of data
Reg. (EU) 2016/679 requires that the personal data processed by the Data Controller be kept for a period of time that is not greater than that required for the achievement of the purposes.
Therefore:
the User’s personal data will be processed by the Data Controller only for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing referred to in art. 4;
personal data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until the satisfaction of this interest;
personal data may be stored for longer periods if required by legal obligations or orders from an authority.

When the processing is based on the User’s consent for a specific service available through the Site, for the related retention times please refer to the specific information provided to the user in relation to the specific service requested (e.g. request for information by form).
At the end of the retention period, personal data will be deleted or made anonymous. Therefore, upon expiry of this period the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

7. Scope of communication and dissemination
The processing related to the services provided through this Site takes place at the headquarters of the Data Controller and the data collected through the Site itself will be processed by authorized personnel with the methods and purposes indicated in the previous sections. The collected data will not be transferred abroad.
No personal data acquired through the Site is communicated or disseminated to third parties, without prejudice to any communication to companies belonging to the same group to which the Data Controller belongs and/or to subsidiaries operating in the national territory and/or to public or bilateral bodies, exclusively for the pursuit of the above purposes.
In any case, in addition to the Data Controller, these data may also be accessed by parties outside the Data Controller’s organisation (e.g. IT service providers, communication agencies) who, if necessary, will be duly appointed as data processors pursuant to art. 28 Reg. (EU) 2016/679.
Incoip SRL after checking that the third party presents adequate measures for the processing, will provide the latter with precise instructions for the processing of personal data and will monitor its actions.


8. Rights of the data subject
At any time the data subject may exercise - without any formal obligation - the rights provided for by the General Regulation on the protection of personal data. 
The visitor and the user have several options for managing the personal data that will be provided. Specifically, the data subject has the right to:
obtain the deletion of their personal data [Art. 17 GDPR]: you may ask the Data Controller to delete the personal data provided (e.g. if you no longer need our Services);
revoke consent [Art. 7 GDPR]: the consent previously given may be revoked at any time;
modify or correct personal data [Art. 16 GDPR]: the data subject may modify or correct their personal data. In addition, changes, updates and corrections of data may be requested, especially if they are not accurate;
object to the use of personal data [Art. 18 GDPR]: the data subject may ask to limit the use of their personal data by the Data Controller;
limit the use of personal data [Art. 21 GDPR]: you may be required to limit the use of your personal data;
access, receive and/or transfer personal data [Art. 15 and 20 GDPR]: you may be required to access personal data stored at our locations and to obtain/have such data transferred in a readable format;

These rights may be exercised at any time by sending a communication to the e-mail address: administrazione@incoip.com if you believe that the processing of your personal data is in breach of current legislation, may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority [Art. 77 GDPR].

9. Updating
The version published on the Site is the one currently in force.
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes and/or updates to this information, which will be duly communicated through this website.

10. The right to lodge a complaint 

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority or take legal action.

This site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google").
