Senior Development Manager

Since the early 2000s Domenico has been involved in the Project Management of various residential building recovery interventions in the city of Turin, then he entered into the property and facility management service, technically supporting Italian companies in the securitization of public properties and the sale of real estate assets.

In the same period Domenico entered into the automotive fuel distribution sector, initially as a technician and subsequently as an independent network developer, founding Tecnopetroli Srl with Arch. Emanuele Olivero, a company which in five years has created 12 new gas stations.

Starting from 2005, appointed Technical Trustee of the Italian Embassies abroad (art.84 of Presidential Decree 5 October 2010, n. 207) he undertook the internationalization activity, becoming co-founder of the companies:_cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

Graduated in Urban Territorial Planning and Environmental Landscape at the Polytechnic of Turin. He worked as Quality Technician and Building Manager for various companies in Piedmont, before becoming Project Manager for Incoip srl.

Design manager

Modugno Davide

He was Technical Manager for letter A and worked as a specialized electrician for 10 years in the residential and industrial fields, to then specialize in the photovoltaic sector. Now in Incoip srl he coordinates the design of renewable facilities.

Worker specialized in construction and installation of photovoltaic solar facilities who is responsible for coordinating building interventions. He has been part of the Incoip srl team for more than 10 years.

Graduate Surveyor and freelancer. After several works in the construction sector for private entities in Turin, he is now one of our Project Managers in Incoip srl.

Graduated in International Economics and Commerce, she obtained a Masters in Accounting and Finance from Euler Hermes Siac. After a long experience in Fiat and Magneti Marelli, as a Functional Analyst, she joined the Incoip Team.

Vanta un’esperienza ventennale nella gestione e costruzione di opere di ingegneria civile. Ha ricoperto il ruolo di maestro di opere residenziali a MVA Construções e Participações Ltda de São Paulo, così come opere idrauliche a Tecnocret Engenharia Ltda di Lauro de Fretas. Oggi svolge la stessa funzione presso Incoip Construções Ltda, dove è anche amministratore.
